Are you a Wulff B2B contract customer? Important information regarding orders and deliveries!

OUR B2B ONLINE SERVICES are undergoing an upgrade, and due to this, there will be a brief service interruption in placing new orders and in our delivery processes. As our valued customer, you will enjoy an even broader selection of responsible products starting November 2023. Due to the system upgrade, there will be a service interruption in our WulffNet ordering system from Thursday to Sunday, 9th-12th November, and in our EasyOrder system from Friday to Sunday, 10th-12th November. There will also be a short interruption in our deliveries from Thursday to Friday, 9th-10th November

Please note that our customer service will not be able to take orders during the interruption. The systems will be back up and orders can be placed again starting from Monday, 13th November.  The ongoing improvements to our B2B online services will culminate in a unified, integrated system by early 2024. By the end of 2023, you will already start to see the benefits of our enhanced selection and services!

Please ensure to make any necessary replenishment orders for November well in advance!!

We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding any minor delays in deliveries that may occur after 13th November.
